Fair Judicial Law is:
1) Impartiality and a right to a fair and non biased court, jury, and witness stand.
2) Fairness and the "Dignity" & "Right" to legal presentation, impartiail hearing, jury, consideration and evidence.
3) Equality Prohibiting discrimination against characteristics such as engrained unfair prejudices.
4) Due Process as a fundamental principle guaranteeing fair treatment within a judicial system. Ensuring Individuals are notified of charges, have an opportunity to be heard, and presenting evidence with independence.
5)Access to Justice having the capability to be defended fairly to justice by a court practicing law abiding Justice "Fairly."
